Labor Relations - Unrepresented Hourly Employees
The City of Big Bear Lake, Department of Water and Power general employees elected to be unrepresented by a labor organization in November of 2016.  On January 10, 2017 the DWP Board of Commissioners adopted DWP Policy #2017-01, Benefits and Working Conditions for Unrepresented Hourly Employees.  Click here to be directed to a copy of the policy.

Unrepresented Employees
