CUSTOMER SERVICE

The DWP takes pride in its high level of customer service and is recognized by the community as a professional, progressive organization, targeting excellence in customer service. At the DWP, all employees agree that the customer comes first.

The DWP Lobby at 41972 Garstin Road is open to serve you from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is located between the County Library building and Big Bear Disposal. Telephone calls are taken from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m., all calls are taken through an answering service. The standby service combined with DWP Office hours provide DWP customers with a 24-hour answering service. In addition, a 24-hour, payment drop box is available at 41972 Garstin Drive.

The Customer Service Department consists of a Senior Customer Service Representative and three Customer Service Representatives.
