DWP solicits bids for Division Well Field Solar Project

Division Well Field Solar Project: City of Big Bear Lake Department of Water and Power (BBLDWP) is accepting sealed proposals for a design-build contract to design and construct a turnkey photovoltaic solar electric generating system which will be sized to be approximate a 275 kW system to provide power to four of the Division Well Field Pumping Plants. The project will include site preparation, ground mounted solar panels, inverters, net meters for the four pumping plants, conductors, conduits, and site fencing. 

Proposals will be received at: BBLDWP, Attn: Steve Wilson, Water Superintendent, 41972 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Proposals for this contract will be accepted until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. Complete digital project documents are available at www.questcdn.com and bbldwp.com. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to appear on the Planholders List, a prospective bidder MUST download the bid documents from questcdn.com. Prospective bidders who do not appear on the Planholders List will NOT be notified of addenda. A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Tour will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the BBLDWP office.
