      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners of the Department of Water & Power, City of Big Bear Lake, will conduct a Special Meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at 3 p.m., in the DWP Board Room, located at 41972 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, California. Said meeting is being called pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California for the purpose of considering the following matter:
