      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners of the Department of Water & Power, City of Big Bear Lake, will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday, March 17, 2008, at 1 p.m., in the DWP Board Room, at 41972 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, California. Said meeting is being called pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California for the purpose of considering the following matters:

1. Comprehensive Rate Study (Open Session)
2. Public Employment – General Manager (Closed Session)
