MINUTES OF A SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
SEPTEMBER 28, 2007

A Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Department of Water & Power, City of Big Bear Lake, was called to order at 8 a.m., by Chairwoman Willey, at the DWP Board Room, 41972 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, California.

Motion made by Board Member Foulkes, seconded by Vice Chairman Miller, and carried 5-0 to approve the Agenda as presented.
